Is this only for RERA certified agents?
While we welcome all partners, our "Verified Agent" tier is exclusively for RERA licensed professionals who can legally close property transactions.
Do you take a commission split?
Not on deals from your own leads by default. You keep your commission from the developer or seller. Dahabi Homes charges a fixed fee per lead, invoiced monthly. Our first 50 approved agents get their first 10 leads free. If you open a property to our partner network, or a partner brings the buyer, you share part of your commission on that deal with Dahabi and, where one applies, the partner. Terms can change, so please confirm yours with us.
