We do not participate in transactions, payments, or negotiations.

Dahabi Homes is an India-based business registered as a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (Udyam registration number UDYAM-DL-09-0045856).

2. Our Privacy-First Philosophy

We are built for users who want:

• Zero spam calls
• Full control over contact sharing
• Anonymous browsing and chatting

By default:

• Your phone number and email are hidden from agents until you give permission
• Agents cannot contact you unless you give permission, in the app chat or in a lead form
• You decide if and when to share contact details

3. Information We Collect

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Device and browser details
• App usage data
• IP address (for security & fraud prevention)
• Cookies (web only)
• Analytics and advertising technologies on the website, such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. They tell us how visitors find the site and which of our ads lead to an enquiry. We do not give them your name, phone number or email. You can block them in your browser settings or ad settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Display properties and agent profiles
• Enable secure in-app chat
• Improve app performance
• Prevent misuse and fraud

5. Contact Sharing (User Control)

This is the core feature of Dahabi Homes.

• Contact details are hidden by default
• Agents see your contact information only if you approve
• When you submit a requirement form or ask for a callback and tick the permission box, you approve sharing your name, phone number, email and requirements with real estate agents in Dubai. Those agents and Dahabi Homes may then contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Disturb list
• You can withdraw this permission at any time by writing to connect@dahabihomes.com. We will stop sharing your details and ask agents to stop contacting you
• You may continue chatting without sharing contact details
• You may stop responding or disengage anytime

6. Chats & Messaging

• Chats are private between user and agent
• Chats remain inside the platform
• Agents are prohibited from extracting or misusing user data

7. Property Videos & Reels

• Viewing videos or reels does not reveal your identity
• Agents are not notified when you view content
• Watching content does not trigger contact sharing

8. Data Security

We use reasonable industry-standard safeguards:

• Secure servers
• Encrypted communication
• Restricted internal access

No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your data.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third parties for:

• Hosting
• Analytics
• Notifications

All partners are contractually required to protect user data.

When you give permission in a lead form, your details are sent to real estate agents in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, so your data is transferred outside India. If an agent contacts you on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to that conversation.

10. Your Rights (India + Global)

• Update or delete your data
• Delete your account
• Withdraw consent at any time

How long we keep your enquiry details: we keep the details you send through our forms (name, phone, email and requirements) only for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and match you with an agent, and as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by writing to connect@dahabihomes.com.
