Pay only for the leads you receive, invoiced monthly
Each lead delivered has a fixed fee, and you are invoiced once a month. Contact us for your rate. It also shows in your dashboard.
Only where it applies
On your own leads you keep all of your commission. On partner deals you share part of it.
When does commission sharing apply?
You keep your full commission. Nothing is shared.
When the deal closes, you share part of your commission with Dahabi and, if a partner brought the buyer, with the partner.
If you agree to share on your deals, a share of each closed deal goes to Dahabi.
Shares come out of your commission, never the sale price. Rates are set per agent and per partner and can change, so please confirm your terms with Dahabi Homes.
