2. User Eligibility

Users must:

3. No Transaction Involvement

Dahabi Homes is not responsible for:

  • Property transactions
  • Payments
  • Agreements
  • Documentation
  • Disputes

Users must conduct independent due diligence.

  • Prices, availability, and details may change
  • Dahabi Homes does not guarantee accuracy

5. Limitation of Liability

Dahabi Homes is not liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Agent conduct

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Misuse
  • Fraud
  • Violation of privacy rules
  • Breach of these terms

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

1. Role of Agents

Agents listed on Dahabi Homes:

  • Are independent professionals
  • Are not employees or partners of Dahabi Homes

2. Privacy Obligations

Agents must:

  • Respect user privacy
  • Use contact details only when shared explicitly
  • Communicate only via platform chat unless approved

🚫 Agents must NOT:

  • Pressure users to share contact details
  • Extract phone numbers or emails from chats
  • Share user data externally

3. Listing Accuracy

Agents are responsible for:

  • Correct property details
  • Accurate pricing
  • Updated availability

4. No Circumvention

Agents must not:

  • Attempt to bypass platform safeguards
  • Contact users outside the platform without consent
  • Use scraped or leaked data

5. Enforcement

Violation may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent removal
  • Legal action if required
