A Vision of Wilderness in the City

Founded in 2004 by Emirati businessman Zaal Mohammed Zaal, Al Barari was born from a singular vision โ€” to create a lush botanical sanctuary in the heart of Dubai. Located in Wadi Al Safa 3, DubaiLand โ€” at Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road โ€” it provides seclusion with connectivity to every major landmark within 30 minutes.

The community launched Phase 1 in 2007, completing in December 2019 with approximately 300 villas, 34 botanical gardens, and three apartment communities. Today it continues growing with Altissima, Ixora, Lunaria, and Elemental 22.

At its heart is Green Works โ€” the region's largest privately-owned plant nursery โ€” home to over 500 cultivated species, freshwater streams, naturally landscaped lakes, and waterfall cascades where wildlife thrives naturally.
